    Pour 100 to 120 g hot water into the cup.

    Pull over

    Extract a double espresso directly over the water.

    Serve

    Leave unstirred if you want to keep the crema visible.

At a café

Especially common in Australia and New Zealand. Ask for it short if you want less water.
