A compact manual grinder with 38 mm stainless-steel conical burrs and a click-adjustment system. It is the dependable starting point for the brews I make at home.

A glass V60-style dripper and carafe with an immersion-control lever. It gives me a clean pour-over setup while leaving room to slow down and experiment with the brew.

An electric gooseneck kettle with a 90-degree spout. It gives me the slow, steady stream that makes a pour-over feel deliberate rather than improvised.

A small digital scale with a built-in timer, so dose, water and time stay in one place. It makes repeating a good cup much easier.

Naturally bleached Size 02 papers for the V60. They keep the cup clean and let the coffee do the talking.
